Something I would like to see in EU4 are changes to revolutions. Currently your country can erupt into revolution and, nothing happens, surrounding countries are seemingly fine with your country beheading its monarch and probably killing his/her entire family, killing of nobles, every nation having your religion is fine with your antireligious blasphemy etc.....
What I mean is that if you become revolutionary republic/empire other states that are not republics, should no longer wish to keep their alliance with you but in fact should start plotting how to destroy you/dismantle revolution as you tossed entire Divine right of kings out window, dismantled nobility estates, seized their properties and thus pose extreme threat to their existence in current state. Countries holding defender of faith title should be no longer willing to defend your atheist state against attackers.
