Under the microscope challenge completing problem

Hi I and some other folks from reddit have a problem with completing "Under the microscope" challenge.
It requires you to analyze all anomalies.
After deep-scanning every sector, analyzing all of them and doing all planetary stuff it still doesn't complete.
Help pls.

Do you have the below and beyond DLC? maybe you need to scan the underground anomalies too.

I don't have any paid DLCs installed - only ''resupply mystery pack'' (which is free). Game client is Steam.
Do you think I should report it as a bug?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried sending rockets on expeditions to complete all the projects too. No luck. I've deep scan and deep scanned. Frustrating. I'm wondering if using orbital probes is causing the issue.
