Unable to delete old cloud saves

I am unable to delete old cloud saves, which is a problem because there is apparently a limit on how many saves you can upload. I believe it might have something to do with the periods in the save file names, which apparently became unsupported in a recent update. Example Attached:

If this is the Steam edition you can see your cloud saves here:

store.steampowered.com

But so far as I know they provide no way of deleting them, nor of even seeing how much free space you have there.

Unfortunately, no. I get this error in Move 3 Step 4:

I've never used that process myself, but I guess Access Denied either means you need to ne Windows Admin to do it, or that folder does not actually exist. Can you see it?
