On the Steam Deck no matter what you do when playing the game the Red buttons for emergencies specifically Stay indoors free fire and, gurad investigation are always underneath the blue buttons you use to open the menus for planning and, intelligence. Does the team even care about people that play on the steam deck? I'll add a picture of what I mean when I get time.
