Another small suggestion to give underground domes a much-needed niche:
Tourists that have visited an underground dome pay 50% more upon leaving mars.
It makes sense thematically, since underground cities would be something unique to mars, and it would give players a reason to expand to an elevator and construct a dome early to mid game.
To make underground tourist domes viable in-game, it would help to eliminate the sanity penalty, at least for tourist -- otherwise, the lowered sanity penalty for satisfaction might offset most of the bonus. After 5 sols, they could enter the closest elevator similar to how they enter rockets on the surface.
