In my opinion that if you can to it between 1936 & 1946 then the game is broken! Even Germany couldn't do it in real life. Now if someone want to extend the time line 100 years or more it would be different.

No; only Albania, Bhutan, and Luxembourg are capable of world consist. </Sarcasm>
I wouldn't be surprised if a *very* skilled player was capable of world conquest with any nation; it is a sandbox, after all.
