This is my latest. My homosexual heir with three lovers and a family of bastards. This all happened before he took over, and I didn't even notice it. I had to legitimize one just to have a male heir, but that will come back to bite me. After I took this screenshot I broke up with all the lovers, but ended up with five more bastards. My wife has a -100 opinion of me as well. I've been dealing with nonstop rebellions, and have pretty much revoked titles from all of my vassals after the last rebellion where almost all of them joined.
