the pen 1.03 brought...nothing?!

i just downloaded the newest update (on GOG) released 2 hours ago but there seems to be literally NOTHING new. no bug fixes, no new items no nothing.
Is it an accidental release? does it not work properly yet since it just got released? or what?
im confused.

It was just a small update for the Halloween Items you can find in-game.
