Yes, it is a bit strange that the Anarchist uprising occurs every spainsh civil war. While there was a government crackdown, it can hardly be described as a civil war inside of the civil war.

And this have two effects:
1) not awake artificially the republic
2) Any case the Civil war finish in 1939

Eh, I like the way the CW is- a complete clusterf**k. That being said, the historical outcome should occur more often than it does- the Anarchists and Carlists should not rise up every game.
