Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a saved game on where I have a rover in the underground loaded with exotic minerals (21 minerals). I've reloaded this game today (sep-13) and as soon as I tap on this rover the game crashes, after a few times realoading the game I could tap on the rover and althought the game did not crash inmediately, it did crash when I try to unload its cargo.
I have all mod disabled and the issue is still happening.

Can you replicate the issue?
Just tapping on the transport rover in the underground.

I am investigating your issue and I am unable to reproduce the crash as mentioned. However, with your save I have detected some errors that are in the log files from my test. I will report this issue internally for it to be investigated further.
