Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
One of my landing pads is always seen as "in use" and cannot be used or deleted.

Can you replicate the issue?
Start building a rocket on a landing pad. Before construction starts, but after the first materials have been delivered, abort the construction.

Try to land a rocket on the pad, you can't due to the materials being present.

Wait until the pad is cleared and retry the landing.

Again unable.

Next try to either swap the pad to a trade pad or delete it.

Also unable.

Same here, the last time I remember using the bugged landing pad, I tried to build a rocket and then cancelled it, I didn't noticed it immediately because of urgent trouble on the other side of my map, I noticed it after several sols passed when I was trying to use it for landing passengers.

yeah im getting the same bug, first i cancelled the build i went to an older save to fix it. Now its happened again without cancelling a build i just sent a second rocket up to an asteroid with an explorer. Brought the rocket back and its bugged again.

I get the same bug sometimes whenever I swap a landing pad to trade pad or vise-versa. Really obnoxious because it takes up a lot of usable space having a large number of unusable, undeletable landing pads lying around.

Ditto all of that just purchased this last week and can't delete a landing pad.

Just bought the package with all DLCs as far as i know around 14-15 hours into the map i got a landing pad i suddenly cant remove or use

Edit it happened with 2 but 1 of them suddenly let me destroy it (not use it but destroy it)
