Surviving Mars trying to get mods on Xbox 1

I am trying to get mods on my xbox 1 version of surviving Mars and yet when ever i look in the mod manager their is only 3 mods to browse through. I have checked that i have no filters on nor am i specifically searching for anything. I have deleted and reinstalled all the add-ons multiple times as well as have unlinked my microsoft account and logged out of my paradox account multiple times and yet it still only shows the same 3 mods. I have also deleted and reinstalled the game twice now. My NAT type is shown as moderate.

I too am only seeing two mods. One cat related one and an "very dependant mod".
On Xbox One.

Yeah I have no idea why it shows only three mods for me as at first it did show all the mods, but then I created a paradox account and connected it and it now only shows those three mods
