Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
international mission, fast scan enabled, green planet disabled,
After the research to increase capacity of transporter the capacity stays in 30 instead increase to 45. Looks like this came with hotfix #2.

Can you replicate the issue?
I restart the mission with same result.

EDIT: Now I saw that this issue was reported.

Thank you for your report, we are aware of this issue and have reported it internally.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I thought it might be caused by getting the tech from sponsor perk research, so it wasn't researched "normally", but apparently not.

I have the same issue with the latest version. Did the research but the capacity did not increase to 45. It is still 30.

Same issue. Also, you can add the fact that after the Ai upgrade when the rover automatically collects resources it comes back most of the time empty-ish despite resources being plenty. This was not an issue before.

So, instead of going out and collecting until capacity, it comes back with 6 metals for example from an area that has 25.
