Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When landscapin either with the ramp or flattening tool, The project is automaticaly finished after the initial clearing phase. No waste rock required and no wasterock reieved exept for the wasterock from the boulder clearing.

Can you replicate the issue?
Not difficult to replicate. All you need is an RC comander or an RC seeker and some drones. Use either the flattening tool or the ramp tool under landscaping and superfast landscaping for free is done.

I have the same issue. Base Game with Season Pass. PS4 Pro.

Same issue, occurring with ramps. (PC, Steam, GP, PL, and SR installed, but not B&B. 1007876.)

After patch of 13/9/21, drones still need to complete some work after removing excess rock, but they complete the task incredibly quickly. (Three hours for very large ramp, 4 or 5 drones.)

Edit : they weren't in fact removing excess rock, just doing the initial clearing, sorry. (My first ramp had very little excess rock to remove, so wasn't obvious.)
