On/off and salvage dome linked to jumbo cave reinforcements

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Playing below and beyond and I had built a dome right in the centre of the jumbo cave after building the reinforcement wonder. Went to relocate dome and found I couldn't salvage it (there are 0 colonists, buildings or resources still inside) then found that turning the dome on/off also turned the reinforcements on/off, and as the reinforcement is a wonder, and the dome seems to be linked the logic follows that the dome cannot be salvaged as the game thinks it is also the reinforcement!
