Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Colony Design Set

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When on Mars Atmosphere goes up as shown in attachment, 0% Atmosphere loss but when I switch to an Asteroid to mine. The Atmosphere count goes down and it shows 1.6% Atmosphere loss.

Can you replicate the issue?
