Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I just bought the In-Dome Buildings Pack DLC. I cannot find the new buildings in my current save so I start a new game but I CANNOT find the Large Nursery and Hospital. Medical Post and Security Post can be found. According to the wiki created by Paradox, no special requirement is needed to build a Large Nursery or Hospital. I don't know if the new Spires and TV Studio Workshop are included as I DON'T have the patience to unlock the technology and find out that they are missing too.

Can you replicate the issue?
YES!!!!!!!!! START A NEW GAME DOESN'T HELP! THEY ARE JUST NOT THERE

But if they work where are my Large nursery and Hospital They don’t need to unlock a technology

@EuniceWTC The Hospital and Nursery do require technology to unlock them, those technologies are: Emergency Training and Martianborn adaptability

The hospital requires Emergency Training
Nursery requires Martianborn adaptability
