In-bound Map Random Surface Glitch

Paradox Launcher

What is your game version?
1007874, updated just now to newest version.

What DLC do you have installed?
Green Planet, Colony Design Set, Mysteries Resupply Pack, Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The surface changes after some "point". I do have 1/2 mods, but I don't think conflict. I have disabled the mods and the issue still happens. The map is fine, everything is functioning then seconds later it goes inverted. Surface is there, seems like the air or clouds? I've also done a clean install of the game twice now.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, save game file is moments before it happens on my pc. Also on previous attempts of playing the game. Worked fine before Green Planet.

Should I try and repeat the issue without moving to a map?
Start playing in the immediate map I am placed upon.
Or is this not something pertaining to the issue?

I'm trying to understand the steps that was taken...

Started (new) game on Map A. Played and advanced to Sol 18.
Then using a mod, switched to using Map B in this save instead of starting a new game with Map B's seed/coordinates?

I don't think that is supported in the game (I could be wrong), if that is indeed the steps that were done.

@vbvc

Please attempt to reproduce this using the same coordinates but not swapping to map b
  1. Launch the application
  2. Disable mods
  3. Start a new game using the same map coordinates but without switching to map b
  4. Proceed through gameplay to a point where the reported issue should happen
You can of course repeat the above steps with mods enabled as well
