Dome Pipe Connectors Appearing Inside Dome after Update

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the most recent update, in a few of my domes the external pipe connectors are appearing inside the domes in a saved game, instead of outside. Please see the attached screenshot, and notice both the pipe connectors inside (obstructing buildings, casting shadows, forcing colonists to go around, and looking very out of place). You will also notice no pipe connector is present where a pipe is connected to the dome.
Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, it appears every time I load this saved game. All mods are disabled, so it is not mod related.
