Surviving mars dlc not working ps4

Hi, about a year ago i bought the surviving mars game and dlcs, after a while i deleted it to make room for other games. Now i wanted to play it again, i can reinstall the base game but i have to buy the dlcs again...
I'm playing on ps4.
Please some help.

Is it that your base game is on a DVD and the DLCs from a PSN store?

if so, does the Sony region of the DVD match the PSN store you bought the DLCs from?


If however you bought base game and DLCs from the same PSN store, try doing a license reset:

Also try looking in your library. You should find the dlc's in there to dl free. Sometimes the PSN store glitches out a bit but the library should have everything you ever purchased (with a very few possible exceptions that do not include Surviving Mars or any other Paradox games).
