Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
First I got Dust storm warning, then I got Cold wave warning, then I got Meteor shower warning. The Dust storm started at the same time the coldwave warning dissapered. I was building a sensor tower at about the same time but I wasnt paying attention to that construction.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. I start the previous save file and the same thing happends again.

The cold wave warning was gone but the cold wave came when the dust storm ended.

I had similar case and thought it was just bad RNG...
34N126E (Dust Devils 1/4, Dust Storms 2/4, Meteors 3/4, Cold Waves 4/4)
Great dust storm, cold wave just after that (warning disappeared when dust storm started) and meteor shower.
And also got all of this between Sol 5 and 15.

I've had this a few times too.
I just had no warning of a dust storm (filled a rocket with applicants) expecting just a cold wave, but suddenly I have a dust storm and no cold wave.

This was not a one time thing btw. I decided to continue playing this save and the same thing has happened several times. Dust wave and cold wave warnings come at the same time with the same start time, the dust storm begins and the cold wave warning dissapears. When the dust storm is over the cold wave starts.
