Submod help, trying to make a new bookmark

I am trying to make a new book mark in the year 242 which is the same time as the Alessian Rebellion in lore. So far I have assigned the county/kingdom titles of the Heartlands and the Alessian Rebellion. However when I load into the game the new book mark I made doesn't appear and the title history isn't shown.

I am relatively new to modding and modding other mods is a bit different I assume, any help is appreciated.

The dependency name in the .mod needs to be in brackets, otherwise it interprets each word as a different mod.
