Stellaris wont working

The game isn`t working when I start it.
In searching of permission to fix a problem I'm trying:
1) Off antivirus
2) Delete MSI Afterburner & other programs with an overlay
3) Reinstallation of the game.
4) Reinstall steam.
5) Run game with administrator permission
Way to game: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Stellaris

When I start the game, the launcher starts without problems. When the game starts, a loading screen appears, but the process does not progress further. When you try to press any button, a black screen appears.

I don`t have any crash reports, because game loads an infinite amount of time.

Actually, all other paradox games are working perfectly, without troubles.

Has this game ever worked on this machine? Or never yet?

Are these other Paradox game that work similar games to this one, like EU4 or HOI4?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log .

Stellaris never worked on my new computer.
Yes, HOI 4/EU4/CK3 are working well.

In the game launcher please set Display mode to Borderless. Does that help at all?
