Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
At the end of the Horizon Signal I chose to kill the Worm, got the scales and the window that says you've finished the event chain, but no Steam achievement. I know that the save is eligible for achivements because I got some before and afterwards, it's this one specific achivement that didn't fire for some reason or another.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Difficult to confirm since it's a once-per-save event and requires ironman to tell if it's happening. All I did was go through the Horizon Signal event chain, get to the end of them, and choose to reject the Worm.
