Unsightly clippijng on space stations with defence platforms [v2.02]

A minor thing but it's been bugging me, so I thought I'd bug you.
Would it be possible just to have a quick pass through the stations plus platforms so they're a little more spaced out from each other?
No picture because I'm not at gaming PC. If anyone reading wants to contribute examples, please do if that's useful for the devs.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Build a space station with the Avian shipset. Then upgrade and start adding in defence platforms. At 6 and 9 you'll see that the defence platforms are too close to the station and clip into it.
