Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, I've been working towards this achievement and finally thought that I got to the point where I would get it, there are no other empires, no Pre-FTLs, no enclaves, and I killed that crisis real well, so as far as I can tell, I've not missed anything at all, but I'm simply not being given the achievement, and I do not know why. Attached is the save file, it's ironman mode of course so I'm unsure why I am not being given it.
