Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I started a brand new game of Stellaris with a Necrophage empire, and VIR popped up telling me that I had just made first contact before even offering me the option to enable the tutorial! I had been playing a game where I was running the tutorial earlier in the day, but I haven't seen anything like it before. I figured maybe it was a bug so I clicked Okay, but the First Contact tutorial is now showing in my situation log... even though I haven't even officially begun the game yet!

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Honestly, I'm not sure. What I did was start a new game as a Necrophage empire.
