Playing multiplayer, another player (Othari Imperium), got the rubricator event popup 3 times and it spawned 3 of the dragons instead of 1. Twitch clip of the event: https://clips.twitch.tv/DeafDeadBottleCmonBruh-ubzNuKGgNC3JajP0 and its about ~45 minutes into the actual stream
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Friend got the event, had slightly laggy connection, and bumped the speed to slowest and nearly the same time.
