Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Releasing a sector with the main species being machine as an individualist machine megacorp releases the new empire as a gestalt megacorp instead of my ethics and an oligarch.

I also played as an empire with the dictatorial authority and the released empire was still gestalt but the ai personality is despicable neutral.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create an individualist machine empire and then release a sector picking a machine as the main species.
