Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So, started playing the game as an imperial fiefdom, and with one of my planets, and no others, it began to produce pops that are specialists instead of workers, meaning they are unemployed. Often they migrate away, leaving what is essentially no pop growth on the planet since they all move away. Even if one does stick around, it seems that sometimes, it doesn't demote properly, the counter just resetting. I didn't get proof of this second claim, but the first one I do have evidence of.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
I've no idea how to reproduce it, as it looks to occur at random, but I will include screenshots of my game settings, as well as empire and species so that it can perhaps be observed and reproduced. My best guess is that it has something to do with assigning roles to planets, or random building slots showing up such as odd factory or interdimensional portal on other planets, but that is just a guess, and i've no clue how to properly cause this to occur yet.
