Permanent and stacking relations bonus from destroying the Caravaneers' home

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The relations tooltip implies that the relations bonus from destroying the Caravansary Caravan Coalition should decrease over time, as it displays a parenthesis describing yearly change, but it does not. If the bonus is meant to be temporary, it should have a non-zero countdown rate. If the bonus is meant to be permanent, it should not show a parenthesis implying that it is temporary.
Additionally, having a single line and single value would look cleaner than having multiple lines with separate instances of the bonus for each time the CCC has been destroyed.
Additionally, there seems to be a typo in the line. "Caravaneer's home" refers to the home of a single Caravaneer, but the game makes it rather clear that there is more than one caravaneer. In that case, the text should rather read "Caravaneers' home" with the apostrophe after the s rather than before it.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Destroy the CCC a few times.
2. Bring up the relations tooltip for an empire (with sufficient Intelligence to see the detailed breakdown).
