Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Foundry Station and Factory Station habitat's colony designations have incorrect custom_tooltip.
Foundry Station custom_tooltip is that Industrial district cost is increased by 25%
Factory Station custom_tooltip is that Industrial district cost is decreased by 10%
Issue is cosmetic only, the real effect is the same as for Industrial Station
planet_district_hab_industrial_build_speed_mult = 0.25

Steps to reproduce the issue.
In localisation\english\megacorp_l_english.yml file:
col_habitat_foundry_custom:0 "$mod_planet_districts_hab_industrial_cost_mult$: §G+25%§!\n£job_foundry£ $mod_planet_metallurgists_upkeep_mult$: §G-20%§!\n\n§YIndustrial Districts§! will shift one job from Consumer Goods to Alloy production if possible." col_habitat_factory_custom:0 "$mod_planet_districts_hab_industrial_cost_mult$: §G-10%§!\n£job_artisan£ $mod_planet_artisans_upkeep_mult$: §G-20%§!\n\n§YIndustrial Districts§! will shift one job from Alloy to Consumer Goods production if possible."
