Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The Galactic Community passed the Readied Shield, then repealed it, and is now proposed again. But when I check my Diplimatic Weight, it shows my 20% bonus from the Readied Shield, which has not been re-approved.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Enact, repeal, then propose the Readied Shield...?
