No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No motes from Observatories with Mote Stabilization.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Research Mote Stabilization. Build BH Observatory. Observe absence of mote income.

This is working as designed or rather as redesigned after community feedback.

It is now Dark Matter instead of motes if you have the tech for Dark matter.
