Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I was offered to lead non-align league while doing the last stage of Aetherophasic engine. It seems stupid to even give me that choice since I am not a part of comunity and I am in total war with the galaxy.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Do not allow the empire who has last stage of crisis going to be a leader of non-align league. Or block it for all who are outside of galactic community. In my safe I have encoutered it In my latest personal save I think.
