Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I created an empire called "Robert'); DROP TABLE Autonomy;--", of machine servitors (without quotes). All files saved are considered corrupt.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Create an empire that uses SQL injection escape codes in its name; probably some subset will work. Save games are corrupt.

I mean,

How can I exist if I cannot be saved

I guess it is real iron man, play once and never load from a save.

"Robert']; DROP TABLE Autonomy;--" does NOT result in corrupt saves.

So it is probably the close bracket ")" character.
