my admiral is assigned to two fleets at the same time

Steps to reproduce the issue.
I could not reproduce it but it might have something to do with the merging of fleets or using the 'follow fleet' order since I was doing that at the time.

I have the greater Terran union | Stellaris Invicta mod and my own mod which changes some megastructure things

This is still present in Butler v2.8.1 (2190) with no mods. I suspect it's caused by merging fleets that both have an admiral, then moving admirals between fleets. In this save "Caberox" is assigned to both fleets in the Breek system.
