[3.4.2] & [7863] Mercenary Admirals do not update with the rest of your species

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you create a mercenary enclave and then modify the species you made said enclave with, the admirals of the enclave will not update.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
1.)Create a mercenary enclave
2.)Modify the species you used to make the enclave

Yeah, this is pretty annoying. In my opinion, the leader should update after sharing tech with the enclave.
