Description
[2.8.1] [stellaris_test] [2190] Launcher goes full ZALGO video-corruption

Game Version
2.8.1 stellaris_test

What version do you use?
Steam

What expansions do you have installed?
Synthetic Dawn, Utopia, Leviathans Story Pack, Apocalypse, Megacorp, Distant Stars, Ancient Relics, Lithoids, Federations

Do you have mods enabled?
Yes

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Image corruption of launcher window ever since flashing Necroid advert appeared; not limited to initial view, also corrupts mod management views.

See attached images for examples.

Note that the corruption disappears when the viewport is refreshed (for example by putting the window behind another window and then bringing the window forward, or by scrolling sufficiently).

This happens to the LAUNCHER not the game itself so disabling all the mods does nothing, as expected.

Scrolling and forcing refreshes fixes the corruption.

Steps to reproduce the issue.
Happens randomly, not sure how to reproduce.

Have a couple other screencaps:

BTW, rapidly moving the mouse across the mods to make the on-hover effects fade in and out quickly may be a way to reproduce this issue.
