Will there be tab that includes statistics and information your overall progress? Information perhaps on how your new variants are doing on the field? For instance, I just added more armor to a new production line of tanks. Will there be statistics that show if they are successful?

Basically, how will we know what to use all our "field" experience points in?

Also what information is kept track of and listed?

Reactions:
IMO, we need ledger with losses in individual categories (manpower, light/medium/heavy tanks, aircraft etc.) for every nation. Without it, we would have only very limited info about performance of our weapons against enemy.

Ideally also we should have data about average loss rate in past 3 months for our own and allied forces - so that we would know if at current tempo of operations our production is sufficient to at least replace losses, or if we can expect to run out of aircraft in 6 months....

It should be easy to add to the UI without hurting other areas (just needs a ledger button somewhere on the main screen). And the dev team can probably reuse a lot of the HOI3 TFH graphing code.

The more detailed information, the better. It doesn't have to be fancy looking. Just raw statistic. Details about:

It would be great, if devs could tell us, how extensive data will be given to the players.

IMO, with HoI4 production system, we need good feedback to be able to effectively react to what is going on at the frontline. If i dont know whether I lost 60 tanks last week, or 200 (and I have to manually check) it would be a huge PitA.

I sort of agree, and sort of disagree...

There should always be uncertainty onto the losses the enemy sustained, in my opinions. For example, the losses inflicted by your pilots could be twice what they actually were, especially in a large and chaotic furball.

Similarly, how can you know which of the dozen torpedoes (half of which were launched by torpedo bombers from several carriers) that hit the enemy battleship actually sank it? You may know that the enemy scuttled a carrier days after a big battle, but who were responsible for disabling it? Especially if her sister ship also was heavily damaged during the same battle.

On the other hand, detailed tracker of large battles and the losses in them would be good.

Info about enemy losses could start at random point within some margin of error (lets say 100%) and get closer to reality over time - and after 3 months info would be 100% correct.

That margin could also be significantly decreased for battles, that your forces won - because owner of the battlefield can count destroyed enemy tanks etc.

Couldnt agree more with that, but i guess that is more realistic(the error margin about enemy losses) when it has to do with espionage or spies sent to the enemy nation.

I could live with margin of error. Just round about. In order to analyze your builds/equipment.

Sorry going to necro this post but never got an answer or seen stats in game. So back to my original question.........
