Spells researched from the start

Can be done for Avatar class spells? Or at least make my new spells having 100% chance to appear in the book when the ga,e starts?

I suppose Magical Inspiration spell may be an example but it's not in the same pack as other Avatar strategic spell. Where it can be found?

Open AowSpellTest.rpk and AowClasssdata.rpk in title folder. It should be all avatar spell
