bestmajor, I truly cannot thank you enough. Thank you SO SO SO SO SO MUCH! The date of the readme corresponds to when I last edited the post... so this is it! You're a gosh darn hero!
It's only faulty formatting in some of the country csv files. Simply open them and remove any blank lines in the middle of the files and the error messages should be gone.
Played a couple of games and so far I have not run into any problems.
Well, like almost every Paradox game at release (with just a handful notable exceptions), basically... yes.
