SHIP TRANSPORTS convoy

HI:
When you begin a game, you are allowed some ships for transport convoys.
But from time to time those ships are sunk by the "enemies"...
How can I build up new convoy transport ships?
Otherwise I am running out of them and I need them for sending supplyies and bring form conquered provinces oil, rubber and steel to "my country".

you need to click on a transport ship that is deployed on the map and click the send to convoy duty button. each ship gives you 20 convoys ships...

You also get transports automatically every month depending on how many ports you control...
