ship simulator extreme

cant get ship simulator to start up and developer never helps why is that????
i run Win 10 64 system

steam version

quest3D problem and i tryed all ideas found in the internet but still nothing helps

Support for this game ended a long time ago.

Best I can say is check this thread. But in all reality this game was released during the Win7 era so is likely not compatible with Win10.
