If an admin of this forum could look at this:

This is unacceptable business practice and not the proper response to this problem. Telling your customers you won't control the content from a trusted source (you) in their e-mail is asking to get on the spam list of all major e-mail providers. I cannot state enough how unprofessional this is. I am hoping for clarifications and, hopefully, a change in policies.

This is a Paradox forum so I'm not really sure what you're expecting somebody who works for CO to actually say on the matter.
I don't care which of the two companies is the problem. Official emails are sent on behalf of PDX. It is unclear if they control the integrity of what goes out. They should be able to do that, and when they send emails, it should be clear even if it was unintended. Telling the customers it is their problem is not acceptable.

We actually don't know what happened. For a while it seemed that anyone on the forum could write fake official announcements for CS2. We cannot get a word if there is a security concern or not, because they don't comment on "leak". All I want is to be told (and everyone should) that there is no risk of this happening and that they take this more seriously than "leaks".
