Savegame won't load

I saved my game yesterday - today it won't load. Neither my named savegame nor the autosave.

It loads the game with all of the stats but I can't do anything. I can start time but all colonists walk in their spot. I can't click on buildings. When I switch to the outside world, everything is black.
