Save Games CTD

Everytime wehen i go to Load Save Games I get a CTD when klicking on the Save Games Button.
I have Win7 Premium Home with a Core I7, GT550M, 16 GB Memory and Sengoku Steam.
Saving games seams to be no Problem, when i am in the game and go for saving the Game i can see my Save Games but when i try to enter my Save Games in the Main Menu i get a CTD.

Need Help!

what happens if you exit to desktop, start the game, and load the save?
If that dosen't work.
Try and reinstall the game outside the programfiles, see sticky how to do it.
