One of the highways in my city is permanently flooded outside of the unlocked area. I already have all 9 tiles so can’t get to it. Cars no longer use this road, causing traffic jams on the other highway, also outside of the unlocked area.
I could fix this in five seconds if I could get out there and do a bit of terraforming. Instead I have to scrap my city of 150,000 because cars can’t get into the city.
