I have it understood that the AI should not vote on, or support resolutions below 5?
This is the ai_weight i have under a modded resolution called 'Forbid L-Gate Proximity Study'

Why did this AI put the L-gate resolution in the galactic community?
Should the weight be lower than [0.5 @resolution_weight_popular(6.5)] [3.25]. I thought 3.25 weight would mean the AI wouldn't choose to support it.
