1. Province view
Left click on existing building should open buildings selection window, allowing to choose replacement (while seeing prices and effects in this particular province), and get confirmation dialog when choice is done.
Rationale:
2. Macrobuilder
Macrobuilder should allow to choose building type which is to be replaced and type of new building. For example, temple vs workshop, or farm estate vs soldier households. Corresponding map mode highlights provinces where such replacement is possible, and shows gain and loss from replacement, while table in macrobuilder itself sorts potential replacements by improvement amount (and can have additional column for losses).
Rationale:
Note that I'm not asking to change mechanics of building replacement. When decision is confirmed, replaced building is destroyed immediately, like with manual destruction.
Left click on existing building should open buildings selection window, allowing to choose replacement (while seeing prices and effects in this particular province), and get confirmation dialog when choice is done.
Rationale:
- It's currently not possible to open buildings selection window in province with no free slot. This may be useful to get information like:
- what buildings are possible here (i.e. is manufactory already available, or on which tech will it open);
- what buildings are efficient here (for those that depend on trade good);
- how much do they cost here, as construction cost may have local modifiers.
- Confirmation dialog would allow to preview expected effect of building before destructing previous one. Ideally, dialog could also show what will be lost from destruction of previous building, to compare gain and loss.

Rationale:
- Simplify routine operations.
- Easily find and replace inefficient buildings in large empire.
